Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, we use it to reply, and Google Analytics only runs if you say yes. We never use advertising cookies.
1. Who we are
This website, www.srcs.online, is run by Sync Race Studios. The legal entity responsible for your personal data is [CLIENT TO SUPPLY: registered legal entity name], [CLIENT TO SUPPLY: business mailing address].

This policy covers www.srcs.online only. The Freelancer OS demo (freelancer.srcs.online) and the visual HTML editor (htmlv.srcs.online) run at their own addresses and are not covered here.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your phone number and a budget range, if you choose to add them.
- The topic you pick and the message you write.
A hidden anti-spam field is also sent. Real visitors never see or fill it in.
When you email us directly
Your email address, your name if included, and whatever you write.
When you visit any page
Like every website, the server that delivers pages receives technical request information: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider records this in its logs to run and protect the service. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
If you accept Analytics
Google Analytics records which pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level), linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. It does not receive your name or email. If you decline, or never answer, it does not load at all.
Fonts
The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
We do not use advertising pixels or social media embeds on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who processes it for us
These are the services actually used to run this site:
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the small server function that receives the contact form. It keeps request logs as described above.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures site usage, only if you accept Analytics. Google's advertising features are switched off.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the typefaces used on every page.
- Cloudflare provides the domain name service (DNS) for srcs.online.
- [CLIENT TO SUPPLY: email provider that hosts the hello@srcs.online inbox] stores the messages we receive and send.
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We only give them what they need to do their job.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Our own code sets no cookies. It stores a few small values in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device. Google Analytics sets cookies only if you accept Analytics.

Analytics stays off unless you switch it on, and we don't use marketing cookies. If you turn Analytics off later, we remove its cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also linked in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of anything non-essential.
6. International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside those countries, your information will be processed there. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and email correspondence: [CLIENT TO SUPPLY: retention period for enquiry emails], or longer if we go on to work together and the messages form part of the project record.

- Server request logs: kept by Vercel for the period set by its log retention for our plan.
- Browser storage: stays on your device until you clear it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, or US states such as California), you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
To use any of these rights, email hello@srcs.online. We will reply within [CLIENT TO SUPPLY: response window]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date below. If the change affects your privacy choices, the site will ask you again.
