2. Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and get in touch. Please don't:

  • try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;

  • copy the site's design or content and present it as your own.

3. Our content

The text, design, code, and graphics on this site belong to Sync Race Studios unless stated otherwise. Screenshots of client websites are shown with those projects and remain the property of their owners. You may link to any page, and quote short passages with credit.

4. Enquiries and project work

Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Any project starts with scope and cost in writing, and the written agreement for that project governs the work, payment, and ownership of what we build. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Descriptions of services and past work on this site are general information, not an offer.

5. Playground and demos

The Playground experiments and linked demos (the Freelancer OS demo and the visual HTML editor) are provided as they are, for trying out. They may change, go offline, or have bugs. Don't rely on them for anything important, and don't put sensitive information into a demo.

We link to client sites and other services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.
