Wanderlust Santa Rosa
A free food truck festival every Thursday night in Old Courthouse Square. The public site tells people who's cooking this week. The application behind it lets trucks claim their Thursdays and gives the market manager one place to approve them.
One night a week, two very different audiences.
People coming to eat want three answers fast: when, where, and which trucks. They're usually on a phone, often already downtown.
Trucks wanting a spot need to see which Thursdays are open, ask for the ones they want, and know where they stand — without a back-and-forth of emails and spreadsheets.
So the site does both: a warm, photo-led front door for the public, and a booking flow for vendors that feeds straight into the weekly lineup.
Pick your Thursdays. Get an answer by Monday.
Vendors fill in their details once, tap the dates they want on a Thursday-only calendar, and send the request. The market manager reviews every one and the vendor gets an email either way.
The lineup builds itself.
The market manager signs in to a private dashboard to review requests, keep the menu balanced across the night, and approve trucks week by week.
Approved trucks appear on the public site's Next Thursday and Upcoming Thursdays lineup automatically — no one has to edit the website by hand.

Everything a Thursday needs.
